Many organizations work with similar audiences and face similar challenges. For instance, many of us are challenged with increasing membership and volunteerism, building leadership, raising funds and raising awareness about who we are and what we do. 

We hope that convening these groups, which may or may not have obvious common threads, will spark discussion, highlight what works and energize us all to better engage and serve women and girls. The overall intent is to create dialogue and collaboration and to build capacity of the participating organizations.
